How soon should I schedule my portrait session?
Our schedule can book months out depending on the time of the year. If you know a portrait is in your future, give us a call. We'll be glad to put you on our schedule now to make sure you will be able to get an appointment at a convenient time and date for your entire family.

When is payment made for the session appointment?
Due to the high demand for time in our studio, reservation fees are prepaid. The fee reserves the time in the studio just for you and includes the professional service of creating your images.

How do we place our order?
As part of our continuing effort to provide the very best service and quality, you images will be presented to you via our digital projection system The Presentation Room and our time will be reserved to give you personal attention and assistance with the decisions that you need to make. Please make sure that all decision makers are present and prepared to make selections, place your order and make payment. Due to the custom nature of our product you should be prepared to make payment at the projection appointment. We accept all major credit cards as well as checks and cash.
